Randall and Sarah

Meet Randall and Sarah from Boston. I met this nice couple at the Witches Cup cycling race in Salem MA today. Randall was racing in the men's amature division. Sarah and I were watching the race from the same corner. Randall has been cycling all his life and has been racing for about a year now. It was a please to meet you both . And good luck Randall in your future races.

Michael Bernier

Meet Michael Bernier - singer/songwriter
Michael was displaying his musical talent along the boardwalk in Newburyport Ma Saturday night and my friend Mary and I had the pleasure of listening to this fine musician.

Tommy

Meet Tommy . My friend Mary and I were sitting along the boardwalk in Newburyport Ma listening to a local singer/songwriter and Tommy sat next to us and started chatting with us about our cameras etc. Tommy is Scottish and was a pilot in WW II.

Maggie

Meet Maggie. This weekend I spent the weekend in Connecticut visiting my friend Kim. Maggie was our waitress at Johnny Rockets. Maggie has lived in Manchester CT all her life and in a few months i going to Hair Dresser school in Rhode Island. Maggie has lots of energy and was fun to chat with....and a fantastic waitress. Thanks Maggie for agreeing to participate in my project.

Terry

Meet Terry. Terry has been a waitress at Dailey's Restaurant & Pub in Middleton MA for 5 years. I went to dinner with my good friend Lori tonight and after dinner Lori was setting up items on the table for me to take photos for my 365 photo project. Terry noticed my Canon camera and stopped to chat. She loves photography too and uses the Nikon D50 and S600.

Sebastian

Meet Sebastian. He is a 6 month old Yorkie. Meet him at the boat ramp in Salsibury Ma tonight. He was going for a ride in the front bike basket with his owner.

Sebastian loved posing for me...doesn;t he have the cutest smile??

Tracy

Meet Tracy. Mary and I met her in Newburyport Ma. Mary was admiring her hair cut. And we started chatting with her. Tracey works at a hair salon in Hudson NH. She was gracious enough to pose for a couple photos for me.

Joe

Meet Joe P. While in Newburyport MA this morning with my flickr friends, I met Joe. He lives in Newburyport, works in Sales for the printing industry and was outside enjoying the beautiful sunshine on this Massachusetts Holiday - Patriots Day. We chatted with Joe for a bit as he was curious about who we were with all our cameras. Joe was a great sport for posing for my project. THANKS JOE~~

Meet Bruce.My friend Mary and I were at Bearskin Neck, Rockport MA today and we met Bruce in one of the photo galleries. He is here from Chicago and will be running in his 7th Boston Marathon on Monday, April 21st. Nice to meet you Bruce and good luck on Monday.

Pete

Was in Rockport MA on the set of the movie "The Proposal" staring Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds. The movie's release date is Sept 2009.

Meet Pete, from Manchester MA. He was an extra in the movie "The Proposal". Pete played the part of a cyclist...In real life he works in finance in Boston, but also enjoys marathon running (running his15th marathon this October in Chicago),
cycling, and photography.

Chris Whitney

Meet Chris Whitney. He is Ryan Reynold's stand-in. Chris is a native of Newburyport MA and now lives in Boston. When not on the set of "The Proposal", he spends his time as a carpenter, a bartender and model. Chris was a great sport and was fun to chat with. Here he is holding up one of my photo business cards that I gave him.

Alan Rawlins

Meet Tracy. She was our waitress at Salem Beer works in Salem Ma. Met her tonight while we were having our Beer Floats. She is a student at Salem State College and is a Photography Major. (of all things) and is a Canon user. (Three cheers for Canon) She was a delight to chat with and a doll for letting me take her photo for the 100 Stranger Project

As you all may know I am from Eastern MA and am vacationing in Naples Florida this week...Tonight we were downtown Naples..on 5th Ave which is a very buzzing place at night. Lots of shops and restaurants. saw this guy painting and asked him if I could take his photo for a new 100 Strangers Project that I am taking on. We got to chatting about photography, painting, nature etc and it ends up that he lives in Newburyport MA (which is 15 minutes down the street from me) and every year he spends a month in Naples painting and conducting painting workshops. And does the same in Newburyport. He was an interesting man and it was a pleasure to meet him. It is indeed a small world!!
